I am a post-doctoral fellow with the WIL at Paris School of Economics and CES. I have completed my PhD in Economics from the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi, where I have defended my thesis in January 2026. I am scheduled to visit the Centre for Macroeconomics, London School of Economics in Summer 2026.
My research focuses on monetary policy, welfare, redistribution, and inequality with a particular emphasis on developing macroeconomic models (e.g., HANK-DSGE models) and testing them using survey data, especially for the Indian economy.
As a first generation scholar with a rural upbringing, I understand the challenges of finding a way into academia. If you know someone navigating a similar path and looking for support, feel free to reach out, I’d be glad to help in any way I can.
