I am a post-doctoral fellow with the WIL at Paris School of Economics and CESS. I have completed my PhD in Economics from the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi, where the dissertation is under external review.
My research focuses on monetary policy, welfare, redistribution, and inequality with a particular emphasis on developing macroeconomic models (e.g., HANK-DSGE models) and testing them using survey data, especially for the Indian economy.
As a first generation scholar with a rural upbringing, I understand the challenges of finding a way into academia. If you know someone navigating a similar path and looking for support, feel free to reach out, I’d be glad to help in any way I can.
